Rita Sykes-Smith, Owner/Director
We’re excited to introduce you to the heart and soul behind Devoted Healthcare Services, LLC, our Owner and Director, Rita Sykes-Smith!
Born and raised in Nashville, TN, Rita is not just a successful businesswoman but a devoted mother to two beautiful daughters, and grandmother. Her journey has been filled with overcoming adversities, and through it all, her passion for helping others has always shined. With over 30 years of experience as a beauty salon owner, Rita’s life has been dedicated to serving others. But her true calling emerged in 2021 when she began working as a Family Model Professional (FMP) with TN DIDD, providing community-based care to disabled and elderly individuals. It was during this time that she found her life’s purpose—helping those who need it most.
Driven by her compassion and love for people, Rita launched Devoted Healthcare Services, LLC, with the mission to bring high-quality, personalized care to seniors and individuals with disabilities. Her dream is to provide care that promotes dignity, independence, and peace of mind for families across Tennessee.
